FluentCRM
Create invoices, send the Pay Now or reminder email, and cancel pending invoices from a FluentCRM automation.
Turn on Enable FluentCRM Actions in Invoice Settings. FluentCRM must be active. The actions then show under CartCubes Invoices in an automation. They are off until you enable them.
- Create Invoice: Create a pending invoice for the contact. It does not send email. One-time is up to three custom lines. Subscription is one amount, with interval, trial days, and a signup fee.
- Send Invoice Email: Email the Pay Now link for a pending invoice. Choose the newest pending invoice, or one with a matching title.
- Send Reminder: Email the reminder for a pending invoice. Same target as Send Invoice Email. The Reminder template must be enabled.
- Cancel Pending Invoice: Cancel the newest pending invoice, every pending invoice with a matching title, or every pending invoice. The Pay Now link stops working.
Enable FluentCRM Actions
In Invoice Settings, turn on Enable FluentCRM Actions. Then open a FluentCRM automation and add an action from CartCubes Invoices.
Create Invoice
Creates a pending invoice for this contact. It does not send email. Use Send Invoice Email later if you want the Pay Now email. One-time invoices can have up to three custom lines. A subscription is one amount, with a billing interval, trial days, and an optional signup fee.
Send Invoice Email
Sends the Pay Now email for a pending invoice on this contact. Target the newest pending invoice, or a matching title. The action skips when there is no matching invoice, or when the Pay Now email template is disabled.
Send Reminder
Sends the reminder email for a pending invoice on this contact. Target the newest pending invoice, or a matching title. The action skips when there is no matching invoice, or when the Reminder email template is disabled.
Cancel Pending Invoice
Cancels pending invoices for this contact so the Pay Now link stops working. Choose the newest pending invoice, every pending invoice with a matching title, or every pending invoice. The action skips when none match.
