Initial release

• New Create custom invoices that are not shop products, then copy or email a Pay Now link. The client pays in FluentCart checkout. Prices come from the invoice, not the URL.
• New One-time lines or a subscription amount, with optional trial days and a signup fee. Trial checkouts charge only the signup fee (or $0) until the trial ends.
• New Search or create a FluentCart customer, then save as draft or pending. After payment, the invoice is marked paid and linked to the FluentCart order.
• New Per-invoice option to block coupons on checkout. Mark pending invoices paid without a checkout, or cancel so the Pay Now link stops working.
• New Pay Now and Reminder email templates. Send either from the invoice list or the edit screen. Optional automatic reminder after an invoice has been pending for a set number of days.
• New Invoice list with status filters, search, and pagination. Copy link, Email, and Send reminder stay on the actions menu until they finish.
