Numbers, print, and the FluentCart invoice screen

• New The invoice list and editor open from the FluentCart menu, and from More on the FluentCart top bar, while Enable invoices is on. The list has search, status filters, row actions, and bulk actions.
• New Enable invoices at the top of Settings. Turn it off to hide that menu and stop Pay Now, reminders, the customer account, and FluentCRM actions. Saved invoices stay in place.
• Improved Existing invoices and settings are unchanged. If Enable invoices was never saved, it stays on.
• New Invoice numbers. Use your own prefix (default INV-{year}-) and next number, or the FluentCart number after the order is paid. Edits keep the number. Duplicate assigns a new one.
• New When FluentCart Multi Currency is on, an invoice can be charged in one of those currencies.
• New A custom line can use an icon from the media library.
• New A due date on each invoice. Pending invoices past that date show as Overdue in the list and stay payable. Leave the date empty when there is no due date.
• Improved Automatic reminders wait until the due date plus the number of days in Settings. Invoices with no due date still count from the day they were created.
• New Email tokens {invoice_number} and {due_date}. The email settings screen lists every token you can use in the subject, heading, content, and footer.
• New Optional discount on a one-time invoice, as an amount or a percent, with a reason the client can see. The line keeps its original amount. The discount shows in the total.
• New Internal notes stay private unless Show note on invoice is on.
• New Print and View. Logo, company, address, registration, VAT, and tax can use FluentCart, your own text, or stay hidden. Set the heading, accent color, footer, and whether the customer email, Ship to, payment history, and Amount Paid appear.
• New The viewed and printed invoice shows the create date, the due date when one is set, and the invoice number.

Mix store products on one-time invoices

• New One-time invoices can mix custom lines and store products on one Pay Now link. Product lines use the catalog price. Existing custom invoices keep the same link and cart behavior.
• New Product search on the invoice editor. Subscription invoices stay a single custom amount.
• New Duplicate an invoice from the list or the edit screen. The copy is a new draft. Filter cartcubes_fc_invoices_duplicate_data on the insert payload. Action cartcubes_fc_invoices_invoice_duplicated after insert.
• New Optional checkout message on each invoice for that invoice Pay Now only, with a location setting. Filter cartcubes_fc_invoices_checkout_message on the text before it prints.
• New View the FluentCart order from a paid invoice. Filter cartcubes_fc_invoices_order_admin_url on that admin URL.
• New Optional customer account tab for unpaid invoices. Off by default. Filter cartcubes_fc_invoices_account_invoices on the list and cartcubes_fc_invoices_account_menu_item on the menu label and link.
• New Actions cartcubes_fc_invoices_invoice_saved, cartcubes_fc_invoices_invoice_paid, and cartcubes_fc_invoices_invoice_cancelled on those invoice events.
• New FluentCRM actions when Enable FluentCRM Actions is on: Create Invoice, Send Invoice Email, Send Reminder, and Cancel Pending Invoice. Create Invoice makes a pending invoice and does not send email. One-time is up to three custom lines. A subscription is one amount.

Pay Now and checkout filters

• New Filter cartcubes_fc_invoices_pay_url_args to add query args, and cartcubes_fc_invoices_pay_url to rewrite the Pay Now URL. Email {pay_url} and the admin Copy link use the same method.
• New Filter cartcubes_fc_invoices_email_tokens to add or change invoice email tokens after the default map.
• New Filter cartcubes_fc_invoices_ghost_variation on the checkout ghost item. Prices still come from the invoice.

Initial release

• New Create custom invoices that are not shop products, then copy or email a Pay Now link. The client pays in FluentCart checkout. Prices come from the invoice, not the URL.
• New One-time lines or a subscription amount, with optional trial days and a signup fee. Trial checkouts charge only the signup fee (or $0) until the trial ends.
• New Search or create a FluentCart customer, then save as draft or pending. After payment, the invoice is marked paid and linked to the FluentCart order.
• New Per-invoice option to block coupons on checkout. Mark pending invoices paid without a checkout, or cancel so the Pay Now link stops working.
• New Pay Now and Reminder email templates. Send either from the invoice list or the edit screen. Optional automatic reminder after an invoice has been pending for a set number of days.
• New Invoice list with status filters, search, and pagination. Copy link, Email, and Send reminder stay on the actions menu until they finish.
