CartCubes Invoices for FluentCart

Create custom invoices inside FluentCart, with one-time lines, a discount, or a subscription amount, then copy or email a Pay Now link.

• FluentCart menu: Open Invoices from the FluentCart admin. Search, filter by draft, pending, paid or cancelled, and paginate the list.
• Bulk actions: Select invoices and run an action on the whole selection.
• One-time or subscription: Multiple one-time lines, or one subscription amount with daily through yearly billing.
• Store products and icons: A one-time invoice can include a store product next to custom lines. Custom lines can use an icon from the media library.
• Discount: Take an amount or a percent off a one-time invoice, with a reason the client can see.
• Currencies: When FluentCart Multi Currency is on, charge the invoice in one of those currencies.
• Due date: Set when payment is due. Leave it empty when there is no due date.
• Trial and signup fee: Optional trial days (up to 365) and a signup fee charged at checkout. During a trial, checkout charges only the signup fee or $0 until the trial ends.
• Pay Now link: Copy, email or send a reminder. Instant checkout uses the invoice totals, not values from the URL.
• Block coupons: Optionally block coupons on that invoice checkout.
• Checkout message: Optional message on that invoice Pay Now only. Place it after name and email, before payment, or in the order summary.
• Notes: Internal notes for your team. Turn on Show note on invoice when the client should see them.
• Actions: View, view invoice, print, duplicate, copy link, email, send reminder, mark paid, cancel, or delete.

Choose what the client sees on the viewed and printed invoice: store details, heading, color, footer, and which sections stay on the page.

• Store logo: Use the FluentCart store logo, a logo URL of your own, or leave the logo off.
• Company and address: Use the FluentCart company name and address, your own text, or hide the company name.
• Registration, VAT, and tax: Each ID can use the FluentCart business detail, a custom value, or stay hidden.
• Email and phone: Optional store email and phone under the address.
• Heading and color: Set the heading, such as Invoice, and the accent color on the item table and totals. Leave the heading blank to hide it.
• Footer: A note under the invoice, such as payment instructions.
• Sections: Show or hide the customer email, Ship to, payment history, and Amount Paid. Bill To and Total always stay.
• Format: Classic uses a bordered header band. Minimal uses lighter rules and more space.

Pay Now and Reminder email templates, with subject, heading, HTML or plain text, and merge tokens.

• Pay Now email: Send the client their Pay Now link. Enable or disable the template, then edit subject, heading, body and footer.
• Reminder email: Follow up on unpaid invoices. Use it from the list, the edit screen, or the automatic reminder.
• Merge tokens: {customer_name}, {invoice_title}, {invoice_number}, {id}, {amount}, {pay_url} and {site_name}.
• Email token filter: Other plugins can add or change invoice email tokens after the default map.

Create invoices, send the Pay Now or reminder email, and cancel pending invoices from a FluentCRM automation.

• Create Invoice: Create a pending invoice for the contact. It does not send email. One-time is up to three custom lines. Subscription is one amount, with interval, trial days, and a signup fee.
• Send Invoice Email: Email the Pay Now link for a pending invoice. Choose the newest pending invoice, or one with a matching title.
• Send Reminder: Email the reminder for a pending invoice. Same target as Send Invoice Email. The Reminder template must be enabled.
• Cancel Pending Invoice: Cancel the newest pending invoice, every pending invoice with a matching title, or every pending invoice. The Pay Now link stops working.

Choose the invoice number, automatic reminders, unpaid invoices in the customer account, FluentCRM actions, and whether data is removed on uninstall.

• Number source: Use your own number, or the FluentCart invoice number. With FluentCart, the invoice first shows its id, then that id is replaced with FluentCart's invoice number after the order is paid.
• Prefix tokens: A prefix such as INV-{year}- can include the year, month, day, or a random code. The next invoice saved uses the resolved prefix, then the counter moves up by one.
• Automatic reminder: Send one reminder after an invoice has been pending for the number of days you set (1 through 365).
• Customer account: Show Unpaid Invoices In The Customer Account. Off by default. Pending invoices for the logged-in email, each with a Pay Now link.
• FluentCRM: Enable FluentCRM Actions. Off by default. Adds Create Invoice, Send Invoice Email, Send Reminder, and Cancel Pending Invoice to FluentCRM automations.
• Delete on uninstall: Optionally remove invoices, settings and the license record when the plugin is deleted.
