How it works
Search or add customer details
Search an existing FluentCart customer, or add a name and email for this invoice.
Add lines or a subscription
One-time invoices can have multiple lines. Subscription invoices use one amount, billed on a schedule, with optional trial days and a signup fee.
Save as pending and send
Copy the Pay Now link, or email it to the client. You can also save a draft first.
The client pays in FluentCart
The link opens FluentCart instant checkout. Prices come from the invoice, not the URL.
The invoice is marked paid
After payment, the invoice is marked paid and linked to the FluentCart order. You can also mark a pending invoice paid without a checkout, or cancel so the Pay Now link stops working.

Invoices
Create custom invoices with one-time lines or a subscription amount, then copy or email a Pay Now link. The client pays in FluentCart checkout.
- Invoice list: Search, filter by draft, pending, paid or cancelled, and paginate through invoices.
- One-time or subscription: Multiple one-time lines, or one subscription amount with daily through yearly billing.
- Trial and signup fee: Optional trial days (up to 365) and a signup fee charged at checkout. During a trial, checkout charges only the signup fee or $0 until the trial ends.
- Pay Now link: Copy, email or send a reminder. Instant checkout uses the invoice totals, not values from the URL.
- Block coupons: Optionally block coupons on that invoice checkout.
- Actions: View, copy link, email, send reminder, mark paid without checkout, or cancel so the Pay Now link stops working.
- Admin notes: Private notes on the invoice. The client does not see these.
Email Settings
Pay Now and Reminder email templates, with subject, heading, HTML or plain text, and merge tokens.
- Pay Now email: Send the client their Pay Now link. Enable or disable the template, then edit subject, heading, body and footer.
- Reminder email: Follow up on unpaid invoices. Use it from the list, the edit screen, or the automatic reminder.
- Merge tokens: {customer_name}, {invoice_title}, {id}, {amount}, {pay_url} and {site_name}.
Settings
Send one automatic reminder after an invoice has been pending for a set number of days, and choose whether data is removed on uninstall.
- Automatic reminder: Send one reminder after an invoice has been pending for the number of days you set (1 through 365).
- Delete on uninstall: Optionally remove invoices, settings and the license record when the plugin is deleted.
