Invoices

Create custom invoices with one-time lines or a subscription amount, then copy or email a Pay Now link. The client pays in FluentCart checkout.

These lines are not catalog products. Search an existing FluentCart customer, or add customer details, then save as draft or pending and send a Pay Now link. Quantity and price are locked on the server. After payment, the invoice is marked paid and linked to the FluentCart order.

Invoice list: Search, filter by draft, pending, paid or cancelled, and paginate through invoices.
One-time or subscription: Multiple one-time lines, or one subscription amount with daily through yearly billing.
Mix store products: One-time invoices can include a store product next to custom lines on the same Pay Now link. The catalog price is used. Subscription invoices stay a custom amount.
Trial and signup fee: Optional trial days (up to 365) and a signup fee charged at checkout. During a trial, checkout charges only the signup fee or $0 until the trial ends.
Pay Now link: Copy, email or send a reminder. Instant checkout uses the invoice totals, not values from the URL.
Pay Now filters: Other plugins can add query args or rewrite the Pay Now URL. Email {pay_url} and the admin Copy link stay in sync.
Block coupons: Optionally block coupons on that invoice checkout.
Duplicate: Copy an invoice from the list or the edit screen. The copy is a new draft.
View order: Open the FluentCart order from a paid invoice.
Checkout message: Optional message on that invoice Pay Now only. Place it after name and email, before payment, or in the order summary.
Actions: View, duplicate, copy link, email, send reminder, view order, mark paid without checkout, or cancel so the Pay Now link stops working.
Admin notes: Private notes on the invoice. The client does not see these.

See every custom invoice in one table: ID, title, type, customer, total, status and created date. Filter by status, search, and use the actions menu.

One-time invoices

Choose one-time payment, then add one or more lines with a title, amount and quantity. Custom lines are not shop products. A one-time invoice can also include a store product. The catalog price is used. Subscription invoices stay one custom amount.
