Email Settings
Pay Now and Reminder email templates, with subject, heading, HTML or plain text, and merge tokens.
Send either email from the invoice list or the edit screen. Tokens cover customer name, invoice title, ID, amount, Pay Now URL and site name.
- Pay Now email: Send the client their Pay Now link. Enable or disable the template, then edit subject, heading, body and footer.
- Reminder email: Follow up on unpaid invoices. Use it from the list, the edit screen, or the automatic reminder.
- Merge tokens: {customer_name}, {invoice_title}, {id}, {amount}, {pay_url} and {site_name}.
Email templates
Two expandable cards on one screen. Open a card to edit that email. Each template has an enable toggle, subject, heading, HTML or plain text, body and footer.
