Subscribers and Reports
See every signup with its variation, send restock emails one at a time or in bulk, and read demand from the reports dashboard.
The Subscribers table is the operational view: product, email, variation, status, joined date and notified date. Reports sit on top of the same data with six headline numbers and a top-ten most-waitlisted products list. This is a notification list, not a reservation queue. There is no claim window and no first-come-first-served enforcement.
- Variation column: Each row shows the variant the shopper waited for, or Any for a simple product.
- Statuses: Pending, pending confirm, notified and cancelled, with filters for status, product and email search.
- Manual notify: Send the restock email to one subscriber or in bulk without waiting for a stock event.
- Reports: Pending, awaiting confirmation, notified, cancelled, total subscribers and products with waitlists.
- Most waitlisted: Top ten products by signup count, so you can see what to restock first.
Waitlist subscribers
Filter by status, product or email. Row actions send a restock email or delete the row. Bulk actions cover the same two operations. Pagination is ten per page. There is no CSV export.
Waitlist reports
Six metric cards sit above a Most Waitlisted Products table. Counts include pending, pending confirm and notified, so you can see demand even after people have already been emailed.
