How to configure
- Open FluentCart, then Toolbox, then Tools.
- Open Invoice Prefix and turn on Enable Custom Invoice Prefix.
- Write the template, then save.
Settings
- Enable Custom Invoice Prefix
- Overrides the FluentCart invoice prefix and adds dynamic tokens.
- Invoice Prefix Template
- The text placed before the invoice number. Example: INV-{year}-{month}- becomes INV-2025-11-.
- Date tokens
- Year, month, day, week, and quarter. Use them inside the template.
- Time tokens
- Hour, minute, second, and a Unix timestamp.
- Random tokens
- A random code of 4, 6, or 8 characters, or a random number of 4 or 6 digits.
