Customer Portal
Send customers to a specific portal tab on login, and show a welcome banner.
Send customers to a specific portal tab on login, and show an HTML welcome banner at the top of the dashboard.
How to configure
- Open FluentCart, then Toolbox, then Tools.
- Open Customer Portal and turn on the options you need.
- Choose the default tab or write the welcome message, then save.
Settings
- Enable Custom Default Tab
- Chooses which tab is active when customers open the FluentCart portal. If this is off, FluentCart uses its own default tab.
- Default Customer Portal Tab
- The tab that opens on login.
- Portal Welcome Banner
- Shows a welcome banner at the top of the customer portal on every tab.
- Welcome Message
- Basic HTML is allowed. Example: Welcome back. Need help with an order?
