Internal Product Data
Add staff-only name and value rows on the product editor. They stay off the storefront and copy onto the order.
Add staff-only name and value rows on the FluentCart product editor, such as an External ID or ERP code. These rows stay off the storefront. When the product is sold, the same pairs copy onto the order so staff and an API can match the sale.
How to configure
- Open FluentCart, then Toolbox, then Tools.
- Open Internal Product Data and turn on Enable Internal Product Data.
- On each product, add Name and Value rows, then save the product.
Settings
- Enable Internal Product Data
- Adds Name and Value rows on the product editor. Staff can store an External ID, ERP code, or similar.
- Name and Value
- Staff-only pairs. Shoppers never see them on the storefront.
- Copied onto the order
- When the product is sold, the same pairs copy onto the order so staff and an API can match the sale.
