Reminders
Set how many days before trial end, renewals, and overdue invoices a reminder should fire.
Configure how many days before trial end, monthly and yearly renewals, and overdue invoices a reminder should fire, plus a per-status subscription grace period.
How to configure
- Open FluentCart, then Toolbox, then Tools.
- Open Reminders.
- Set the day lists you need, then save.
Settings
- Days Before Trial Ends
- Comma-separated days before a trial ends. Example: 7, 3, 1.
- Days Before Monthly Renewal
- Comma-separated days before a monthly renewal. Example: 7, 3.
- Days Before Yearly Renewal
- Comma-separated days before a yearly renewal. Example: 60, 30, 7.
- Days After Invoice Overdue
- Comma-separated days after an invoice becomes overdue. Example: 1, 3, 7, 14.
- Grace Period Overrides
- Extra days after a failed payment before a subscription expires. One override per line. Intervals: daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, half_yearly, yearly.
