How to configure
- Open FluentCart, then Toolbox, then Tools.
- Open Email Alerts and turn on the alerts you need.
- Set each recipient, then save.
Settings
- New COD Order Alert
- Emails a recipient when a cash-on-delivery or offline order is placed. COD Alert Recipient is that address.
- Refund Alert
- Emails a recipient when an order is refunded, in full or in part. Refund Alert Recipient is that address.
- Order Shipped Alert
- Emails a recipient when an order is marked shipped. Shipped Alert Recipient is that address.
