Stop matching shoppers from placing an order. Block by email, IP, WordPress role, or FluentCRM list and tag. Each rule has its own toggle and message, so you can explain why checkout is blocked.
How to configure
- Open FluentCart, then Toolbox, then Tools.
- Open Block Purchases and turn on the rules you need.
- Add the emails, IPs, roles, lists, or tags, write each message, then save.
Settings
- Enable Email Block
- Rejects Place order when the billing email matches a blocked address or domain. One entry per line. Use a full address, or @domain.com to block every address on that domain. Email Blocked Message is what checkout shows.
- Enable IP Block
- Rejects Place order when the shopper IP matches a blocked address. One IPv4 or IPv6 address per line. Exact match only. IP Blocked Message is what checkout shows.
- Enable Role Block
- Rejects Place order when the logged-in account has a blocked WordPress role. A shopper is blocked if they have any selected role. Leave the list empty to skip role matching. Role Blocked Message is what checkout shows.
- Enable FluentCRM List Block
- Rejects Place order when the billing email is on a blocked FluentCRM list. A contact is blocked if they are on any selected list. Leave the list empty to skip list matching. Requires FluentCRM. List Blocked Message is what checkout shows.
- Enable FluentCRM Tag Block
- Rejects Place order when the billing email has a blocked FluentCRM tag. A contact is blocked if they have any selected tag. Leave the list empty to skip tag matching. Tag Blocked Message is what checkout shows.
