CartCubes Toolbox for FluentCart
Checkout Fields
Add custom field groups on checkout, with headings, six field types including Date and file uploads, drag-and-drop order and required validation.
Create groups with a checkout heading, drag groups and fields to reorder them, and choose where each group appears: after name/email, after billing address, or before payment. Types include text, textarea, checkbox, select, file and date. File uploads accept PDF, Word and image files, with allowed types and a maximum size you set once for every file field, and SVGs are always blocked. A Date field lets the shopper pick a date, stores it on the order, and shows it in the site date format. You can also show a group only for selected products, categories, brands, WordPress roles, or FluentCRM lists and tags. Required fields are validated at checkout. Answers, including uploaded files, save on the order and show in the admin order view and the customer order details.

Settings
Enable Checkout Fields, then manage field groups from one screen. Submitted answers are saved on the order.
Groups and field types
Add a group with a heading, pick a placement, then add fields. Available types are text, textarea, checkbox, select, file and date.
File upload
Let customers attach a PDF, Word document or image at checkout. Choose the allowed file types and a maximum size once, with a 5 MB default, and every file field follows those rules. SVGs are always blocked. During checkout the upload sits in a private temp folder tied to the cart, never in the Media Library. When the order is placed the file moves to a private folder for that order. You and the customer get a download link, images show a thumbnail on the order, and the files also appear on the thank you receipt.
Date field
Checkout fields can be a Date picker. The shopper picks a date, it is stored on the order, and staff and the customer see it in the site date format. Use it for a preferred delivery date, a class date, or an appointment date.
Show only for selected products, categories, brands, roles, or FluentCRM lists and tags
Restrict a group so it appears only when the cart or shopper matches. Pick specific products, a category, or a brand. The group shows when at least one match is in the cart, and category matching includes child categories. You can also show a group only for selected WordPress roles, or FluentCRM lists and tags. Leave the picker empty to keep the group on every checkout.
Example groups
Typical groups include company details after name/email, or delivery instructions after billing.
On checkout
Enabled groups render on the FluentCart checkout form in the placement you chose, with required validation.
Admin order view
Answers are stored on the order and shown in the FluentCart admin order screen.
Customer order details
The same answers appear in the customer portal order details, under a heading you can rename.
