Cards and Reports

Issue, search, suspend and void cards from one list table, then watch outstanding liability and redemption rate on Reports.

The Cards tab is the operational view. Reports sit on top of the same ledger: total cards, active cards, outstanding liability, total issued, total redeemed and redemption rate.

  • List table: Code, Owner, Balance, Status, Delivery, Expires, Issued, plus row actions.
  • Statuses: Active, Pending, Redeemed, Suspended, Expired and Void, with a built-in key on the same screen.
  • Manual issue: Owner Email, Amount, Recipient Name, Expiry Date and Message, then Issue Gift Card.
  • Batch generate: 1 to 500 cards at once, no email. Export the CSV to distribute yourself.
  • Reports: Last 7 / 30 / 90 days, 12 months, all time or a custom range, plus Export Cards to CSV.

Gift cards list

Filter by status or search email or code. Bulk actions: Void or Delete. Row actions: adjust balance, resend delivery email, suspend or restore, void and delete. Expandable panels cover manual issue, batch generate, import/export and the status key.

What do gift card statuses mean: Active can be redeemed, Pending is scheduled, Redeemed is fully used, Suspended keeps the balance, Expired is past the date, Void cannot be used.

Manual issue, batch and import

Manually issue a gift card sends one code to an owner email. Generate a batch of cards creates 1 to 500 codes with no email, ready to export. Import and export accept and produce CSV.

Reports

Period presets cover last 7 days, last 30 days, last 90 days, last 12 months, all time and a custom range. Six metric cards sit above a Cards by status table. Export Cards to CSV respects the selected dates.
