Install, configure and get the most out of every CartCubes product for SureCart and FluentCart – apps, plugins and themes. Use the sidebar to browse docs by platform.
Getting started
CartCubes comes in two flavors, so follow the track that matches what you have. Plugins & themes install on your WordPress site (see Installation and Licensing below). The CartCubes mobile app manages your store from your phone (see CartCubes App). Use the sidebar to jump to any section.
For plugins & themes you’ll need:
- WordPress 6.0+ and PHP 7.4+
- Administrator access to your WordPress dashboard
- Your license key (available after purchase)
For the mobile app you only need an Android device and a SureCart secret API token-no WordPress plugin or theme required.
Installation

This section covers CartCubes plugins and themes you install on your WordPress site. Using the mobile app instead? Jump to CartCubes App. Download the latest release from your account, then upload and activate it in WordPress.
Step 1
Download
Log in to your account and download the ZIP from Purchases.
Step 2
Install
Go to Plugins → Add New → Upload (or Appearance → Themes).
Step 3
Activate
Activate the product and paste your license key in settings.
Licensing & updates

This is the license for a plugin or theme, entered in WordPress. The mobile app has its own license, activated in the app’s More tab-see CartCubes App.
Tip
Your license key is in your account dashboard under Purchases. Once active, updates appear automatically in WordPress.
CartCubes App
Applies to: CartCubes mobile app
The CartCubes app puts your whole store in your pocket-track orders, manage products and subscriptions, view customers and switch between multiple stores in real time. Available now on Android; iOS is coming soon.
Connect your store
- Install CartCubes from Google Play and open it.
- In your SureCart dashboard, go to Settings → API and copy your Secret Token-see the step-by-step guide.
- On the app’s Connect Store screen, paste your store URL and the API token.
- Tap Connect-your dashboard, orders, products and customers load instantly.
Read vs. write access
A store token alone gives you full read access-dashboards, lists and details. To create, edit or delete data (and receive push notifications), activate a CartCubes license in the app’s More tab.
Push notifications & multiple stores
- Push notifications: with an active license, open More → Notifications, allow permission, and get alerted on every new sale.
- Multi-store: add several SureCart stores and switch between them in a couple of taps-each store only shows its own data.
- Stay signed in: your token is stored securely on-device, so you won’t need to re-enter it each time.
Troubleshooting
Hit a snag? Most issues fall into one of the cases below. If none of these help, reach out to support.
“Invalid license key” when activating Plugins & themes
Copy the full key from your account’s Purchases page, taking care not to include any spaces before or after it. Make sure it’s your CartCubes key-a key from a different product won’t activate here.
Updates aren’t showing in WordPress Plugins & themes
First make sure your license is active. Then go to Dashboard → Updates and click Check again. WordPress only checks for updates about once every 12 hours, so this forces a fresh check and the new version will appear on your Plugins (or Themes) screen.
App won’t connect to my store Mobile app
Check that the store URL includes https:// and matches your live site, and that the API token was pasted in full. Tokens are case-sensitive, so a single missing character will fail. If it keeps failing, generate a fresh token in SureCart under Settings → API. The Secret Token guide has step-by-step screenshots.
I’m not receiving push notifications Mobile app
Push notifications need an active license plus notification permission for the app. Open More → Notifications, turn on the events you want, and send a test notification to confirm. Push works on the installed Android app only- not in the web version.

Where do I find my license key?
Your license key is available in your account dashboard under Purchases after checkout.
How do I get updates?
Once your license is active, updates appear automatically in your WordPress dashboard.
Can I use one license on multiple sites?
License terms vary by product. Check your purchase confirmation or contact support for site limits on your plan.
Do you offer refunds?

Will the plugins work with my existing theme?
Our plugins are built to work with any standards-compliant WordPress theme alongside SureCart. Our themes are tuned for SureCart checkout, but the plugins don’t require a specific theme.
Is the mobile app free?
Yes – download ing the app and connecting your store is free, with full read access. A CartCubes license unlocks creating, editing and deleting data, plus push notifications.
